Because this item is handmade there may be some imperfections. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the pen. Duplicate pens are siblings, not identical twins.
Care instructions:
1. Pens can break if knocked against hard surfaces or dropped from a high distance
2. Wipe with a soft cloth. If deeply soiled, use mild soap and water or a baby wipe. Avoid any alcohol based cleaners.
3. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and water.
4. Pens are refillable!
5. Keep pens out of mouth.
